01. Freak out and the try to calm down to see what is causing this stress.
02. Stop eating - which is wrong. But I try real hard to snack on healthy snacks and drink enough water.
03. I workout - it help me forget about whatever is bothering at that point.
04. Relax - and get enough rest.
05. Watch motivational videos on YouTube
06. Just do it!!!!
07. Dance on my favorite jam!!
